1.1 - Minor formatting fixes and clarification

This is what I get for YOLOing a just-finished game straight to Itch on a Sunday night. Nothing major, but I had the wrong bullet type for part of the Baddies section, and it wasn't clear that you needed to select one from each list. This is now fixed, along with another minor typographic thing.
